The Abbotsford Curling Club provides a variety of programs for our junior curlers. The curling club believes it is vital to get young people involved in our sport. Junior curlers pay reduced fees for the season, and have access to free equipment to help reduce costs to families.
Junior curling begins on October 5, 2009 and runs through March 2010.
The Abbotsford Junior Curlers and Optimist Junior Curlers are combining for the 2009/2010 season.
The Junior Curling program will be split into two sections this year:
Beginner/Novice League - Mondays 5:30 - 6:30pm
Competitive - Mondays 6:30pm - 8:30pm
School/Competitive League - Wednesdays from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
Junior Curlers will have the opportunity to play in bonpiels (tournaments) throughout the curling season.
