ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - SEPTEMBER 23, 7PM

Public Notice:
A request to amend the Constitutional Bylaws of the Abbotsford Curling Club by adding the following to ARTICLE 1, paragraph 2:
(A) All applications for Honorary and Life Membership shall be submitted to the Board of Directors and, upon approval by unanimous vote by the Board of Directors, the applicant shall be declared an Honorary or Life Member at any general meeting.

A request to also amend ARTICLE 1 (4)(A) by striking the words "by unanimous vote at any general meeting" from the paragraph commencing after "Any person, who over a reasonable period of time, has rendered meritorious service to the club, may be elected an Honorary Member"

A request to also amend ARTICLE 1 (4)(B) by striking the words "by unanimous vote at any general meeting" from the paragraph commencing after "Any Member or Honorary Member who has rendered consistent, distinctly valuable service to the club over a period of ten years may be elected a Life Member"

This application is being made in accordance with ARTICLE 8 of the Abbotsford Curling Club Constitution and Bylaws.

Complimentary Meal will be provided before the meeting. You must sign up at the office in advance.
